1. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. As such, refunds are issued in the form of cash at the time of pickup or through bank transfer, depending on the resolution method agreed upon.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You receive the wrong item

To qualify, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

  3. Our team will review and confirm the return request

Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled.

4. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging

  • All included accessories and documentation must be intact

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made cash refund during pickup, as agreed

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page if applicable.
